How do I complete the Noom Biomarkers Test Kit?
- Collect and ship your sample on the same day. Drop it off at your local FedEx location—ideally Monday through Thursday—to ensure the fastest possible transit time.
- Select a time where you can fast for 10 hours to complete your test; most people prefer collecting their sample first thing in the morning.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the collection process: Biomarkers Test Kit Instructions
- Label everything. Be sure to fill out both the label on the specimen bag and the label on the tube before sending your sample back.
- Allow 3–5 business days for results. Once the lab receives your sample, your results will appear in the Noom app within a few days.

I don’t want to use the Noom Biomarkers Test Kit. Can I have a discount on my subscription?
There is no discount or refund for unused kits. If your subscription includes the Noom Biomarkers Test Kit but you don’t want to use it, you can discard it, or use it at a later date. Each Noom Biomarkers Test Kit has an expiration date printed on it and is valid until that date.
Note: At this time, Noom Biomarkers Test Kits are non-transferable (they are preregistered to your account).
